Steve’s Blog – Pro Digest Week 20

This week, we are talking about calendar events. We have touched on in a past blog the benefits of sending a meeting request to set a specific date and time and I want to encourage you to use your calendar for any activity that have to occur at a specific time. This includes things like:

 

  • Planning your next business day
     
  • Planning the next trade show
     
  • Making follow up phone calls
     
  • Making customer service or sales calls
     
  • Managing your inbox
     
  • Time with your family
     
  • Implementing time saving tips from TurnerTime

 

These are just few examples to be putting on your calendar. It’s really about setting time for yourself to accomplish these key activities. The best way to insure something gets done that you can’t complete right now is to put time on your calendar and you want to be able to do this from your computer, smartphone and tablet. Having them on your calendar, will also give you a reminder from any device.
