Saving e-mails in ‘Documents’ (Outlook 2010)

Sometimes it is necessary to save an e-mail or group of e-mails so that you have them if you need them in the future. You can store these e-mails in your ‘Documents’ folder and free up much needed space in Outlook. You can save an e-mail only, an e-mail with attachments, or multiple e-mails (with or without attachments).  This video pertains to Outlook 2010 only.

Outlook – Hyperlink Codes Displaying in e-mail Message (Outlook 2003/2007/2010)

Occasionally you may send or receive an e-mail that is displaying a link to a website. If you can see all the technical code when looking at the link it means the “Hyperlink Codes” are
being displayed. This can easily be changed.  This will work in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2010.
