Commonly used settings can now be accessed in the “Control Center”. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to view. It is available on any Home Screen, in the Lock Screen, and even in an apps that support this feature. When a feature is enabled the icon will be white. In Control Center Settings you can allow or deny access on the Lock Screen and within applications. This process is the same on iPads and iPhones using iOS 7 or higher.

It will save time if you add your most visited web sites to your “Favorites Bar” in Safari. You must first turn it on in “Settings”. This process is shown using an iPad, but the process is similar on the iPhone using iOS 7.

You can forward individual text messages by themselves or in a group in the Message app. The process has changed with iOS 7. This will work the same on iPhone and iPad using iOS 7.

You can respond to an incoming call with a Text Message (if the caller is calling from a cell phone). Another option (not shown in this video), is to set a reminder to call the person back. Simply tap "Remind Me" when a call comes in. You can not respond to call waiting with a text message.
