If you view e-mail on a smart phone and you use Outlook, you may find yourself deleting the same e-mails more than once. One option is to set Outlook to send/receive less often. This means when you are out of the office and you delete an e-mail on your smart phone, you won’t have to delete the same e-mail in Outlook as often.
By default your iPad/iPhone is set up to sync 1 week of mail. This means you can only see mail you received in the last week in your inbox or any of your e-mail folders. You will want to change this setting. We recommend you use the maximum setting of “no limit” so that you can see as many messages as possible in your inbox and folders.

In order to keep your apps on your iPad/iPhone organized, and to save space on your Home screens, you may want to use “Folders”. There used to be a maximum number of apps you could put in each folder.
