Email Management

Sometimes you may receive an e-mail that is in plain text format in Outlook. When you open the e-mail many of the features in the Ribbon are disabled. You can enable these features by converting the e-mail into HTML format. This will come in handy when you need to reply/forward this e-mail and you want to include a hyperlink, an image, change the font color, etc.

Sometimes you may get an e-mail where the subject line is not as informative as you like. You can "Allow in-cell Editing" and you will be able to edit the Subject line of an e-mail message right in your Inbox (or any other folder). This will allow you to make changes to the Subject line so you will know at a glance, what the e-mail message is about.
