How to Colorize Emails Sent Only to you (Classic Outlook)
If you frequently receive emails that are sent to a group of people, you may want messages that are sent only to you to stand out in your inbox. This can be accomplished using “Conditional Formatting” in Outlook. This process is shown in Classic Outlook and on Windows 11.
