How to Disable ‘Always ask before opening’ Dialog Box (Windows 7)

In Windows 7 Outlook now requires permission to open an attachment in an e-mail message. Since you are already aware you should ONLY open attachments from a trustworthy source, this warning message can be disabled. This video will show you how to run Outlook as the Administrator. You will be able to remove the checkmark from the "Always ask before opening this type of file" warning message. In some cases, as the Administrator, the message may no loger appear at all. Making the changes shown in this video will save you a step when opening attachments.
