Disable ‘Suggested Contacts’ in Outlook 2010 PART ONE
Outlook 2010 has a new feature called Suggested Contacts. This new folder collects e-mail addresses from ALL of the e-mails you send and receive. This can be a problem if you have a smartphone. The suggested contacts are automatically added to the contacts on your smartphone if Outlook is synched with your phone. You can disable the feature and delete the contacts from the folder. This will remove the contacts from your smartphone as well.
If you use a POP/IMAP e-mail account (i.e. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) you will only need to watch part one. If you use an Exchange account (most businesses use this type of account) you will need to watch the additional video (Part two)
