There are several ways to view your contacts/emails in Outlook. You can sort contacts/emails by multiple columns to organize information more concisely, and make it easier to locate important information. This will work in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010, and Outlook 2013.
Using the ‘Find & Select’ feature you can locate and select multiple cells at once. This will allow you to make changes to the cells as a group. In this example we will find a group of cells with the same formatting and change the formatting all at once. The images shown are from Excel 2010, the process is the same in Excel 2007.
Text to Columns can be very useful. If you inherit a worksheet that contains two or more pieces of data that appear in one column, you can separate the data into individual columns. This will work in Excel 2007 & Excel 2010.
If you choose to print a document on both sides of the page in Publisher 2010, there is a new feature that has been added. You can use the “Transparent View” to see if the document is aligned they way you want it to appear when you print it.
In older versions of Microsoft Office® you could access recently used documents directly from the "File" menu. This feature is not automatically turned on in Microsoft Office® 2010. By changing one setting you can easily access recently used documents from the "File" menu. This video is specific to Office 2010 only.
