Merged cells can play havoc with the normal functioning of some of Excel’s tools. There may be times that you need to identify merged cells in a worksheet before performing certain functions. Using the “Find” feature, you can quickly identify any merged cells. This process will work the same in Excel 2003, Excel 2007 and Excel 2010.
