How to Recover Unsaved Documents (Office 2010)

A new feature has been added to Office 2010.  You can now recover documents (presentations,  and spreadsheets) that have not been saved.  There is a feature called “Auto Save” which by default, is set to 10 minute intervals.  This means if you are creating a document (presentation or spreadsheet), Office 2010 will automatically save the document every 10 minutes.  Even if you haven’t named the document (presentation or spreadsheet).  This process is shown using PowerPoint 2010, but will work the same in Word 2010 and Excel 2010.
