I attended one of Steve’s seminars on leveraging technology to increase efficiency at an industry association meeting several years ago. I had the opportunity to get a refresher this year at another industry meeting and an additional seminar on maximizing your company’s web effectiveness. Following this meeting, Steve came to one of our sales meetings to put on an Outlook productivity session that has turned into a consulting relationship with our sales group and members of our executive team. Steve has a great team – Kim helped me build an automatic data collection system for a monthly report that had been manual. Big time saver.
